There are TWO different ways of collecting stamps for the 2026 Indie Bookshop Hop: the Keepsake Passport, and the Digital Passport, each with their own unique Grand Prize!
• You can collect stamps on one passport, or both, but stamps cannot be transferred between the Keepsake and Digital passports.
• You must be physically present at each stop on the passports to collect their respective stamps.
• No purchase necessary.

You can pick up a Keepsake Passport for free at participating bookshops.
You have from April 25th, 2026 through June 30th, 2026 to collect stamps on your passport. Passports cannot be stamped prior to April 25th or after June 30th.
Collect 14 stamps on your Keepsake Passport to claim your first entry into the Keepsake Passport Grand Prize drawing (see “Registration,’ below).
Collect ALL 26 stamps and reveal the Very Important Secret Message to claim a second entry (worth two additional prize drawing entries) into the Keepsake Passport Grand Prize Drawing (see “Registration,’ below).
REGISTRATION: When you collect your 14th and 26th stamps on the Keepsake Passport, announce it to the bookseller and ask to be registered for the Grand Prize Drawing. They will collect some contact information from you and circle their stamp on the passport to indicate that the entry has been claimed.
When you’re finished with the Keepsake Passport, hang on to it– it’s also a beverage coaster!
The last day to collect stamps is Tuesday, June 30th.
To be eligible for the Keepsake Passport Grand Prize Drawing, you must submit your passport for registration at one of the 26 bookstores listed on the passport by close of business (varies by location) on Tuesday, June 30th .
The Keepsake Passport Grand Prize Drawing will be held on Friday, July 3rd.
Individuals who complete enough stops on the Keepsake Passport will gain entry into this prize drawing:

There is no app download required.
You have from April 25th, 2026 through June 30th, 2026 to collect stamps on your passport. Passports cannot be stamped prior to April 25th or after June 30th.
To claim a participating store’s stamp on the Digital Passport, you must be physically present at the location. Open that store’s entry on the passport and select “Mark as Done.” You will then be prompted to either verify your location (preferred, faster), or submit photo proof of your visit (backup option, slower).
Each stamp is worth 1 point. Spend 14 points to redeem your first Digital Passport Grand Prize Drawing Entry.
After you have unlocked your first Digital Passport Grand Prize Drawing Entry, additional entries can be redeemed by spending 2 points each.
PERKS: Some locations are offering discounts or other offers that unlock after your location is verified. Once a perk is unlocked, you will have 1 hour to redeem it before it expires.
The last day to collect stamps is Tuesday, June 30th.
You must redeem your points by 11:59 pm on Tuesday, June 30th to be eligible for the Digtal Passport Grand Prize Drawing.
The Digital Passport Grand Prize Drawing will be held on Friday, July 3rd.
